Americans mourn, Americans weep
A mighty man is gone
But He'll not be forgotten for
His legacy will live on!

A man of hope, A man of cheer,
A peacemaker of mankind,
A gentle heart, a loving soul,
With an outlook so devine.

He rid the world of communism,
The Berlin Wall came down,
He was a great communicater,
And blessed folks all around.

He was our 40th president,
A friend to everyone.
His attitude was always this,
The "Best Is Yet To Come".

We know He's now in Heaven.
In that place made by Gods Hand.
And because of Americans such as he,
"United We Shall Stand"!

We love you, Mr. President.
And know, Your ill no more,
But walking hand in hand With God.
Way up on Heavens Shore.

Your gentleness and attitude,
Just made us want to shout.
You've shown America and other lands,
What a "Christian's All About"!

And to your children and your wife,
May they all "Feel Our Love",
And know that "They'll Meet You Again"
In Heaven Up above!
